Hi, I'm Eboni — and caring for people is truly my calling. As Clinical Director at Spring Valley Living's Franklinton office, I get to do what I love every single day: support our nursing and direct care teams so they can show up fully for every person we serve. I bring clinical supervision, staff education, competency development, and quality assurance to our team — but more than that, I bring heart. I believe that great care starts with feeling seen, heard, and respected, and I hold our team to that standard in everything we do. With a background as a Registered Nurse and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I'm committed to clinical excellence — but I'm equally committed to making sure our clients and their families feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Hi, I'm Iman — and I genuinely love what I do here at Spring Valley Living. Every day I get to wear two hats: keeping our Franklinton office running smoothly and providing leadership for our Behavioral Health Program. That means supporting our staff, coordinating program activities, staying on top of regulatory compliance, and making sure the people we serve always have access to quality, person-centered care. I believe that strong operations and compassionate service go hand in hand — when the team is supported and the programs run well, our clients feel it. I take pride in bridging the administrative and clinical sides of our work so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone — staff and clients alike — feels taken care of.
